Shipping and Delivery Policy
RunwayDue is software you use in a web browser. Nothing physical is shipped, and access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
In effect since 21 October 2026.
What you are buying
A RunwayDue plan, or a pack of e-signature documents, for a workspace you use in a web browser at runwaydue.com. There is no physical product and no software to install, so nothing is shipped, there is no shipping charge, and we do not need a delivery address.
When access starts
As soon as your payment is confirmed. A plan applies to your workspace, and the documents in a signature pack are added to it, at that moment, with nothing further for you to do. Both show in Settings, then Plan.
A new plan runs for the month or the year you paid for, starting at that confirmation. Bought during your free trial, it applies at once and the month or year you paid for starts when the trial would have ended, so you keep the trial days you had left. A renewal paid before the current period ends is added on to the end of it, so paying early loses you nothing. Documents in a pack do not expire.
Where it is delivered
Online, to the workspace you paid from, wherever you are. We send nothing by post or courier.
If access has not started
If you have paid and the plan or the documents have not appeared, email support@runwaydue.com from the address on your account, and a person will look at the order.
